Your company can participate in the “The Rendezvous” at three different levels:

1. Platinum Level — $3000.

• Exhibition space (including open booth, tables and chairs) to display company materials and interview students.
  
• Up to two private booths for interviewing students. Please designate how many booths you would like.
• No limit on corporate representatives and eligibility to send two representatives from your company on Saturday's field trip.
• Pre-event website access to resumes and abstracts for all pre-registered participating students and a hard copy upon arrival at event.
• Prominent acknowledgement at event and on web page.

2. Gold Level — $1500.

• Exhibition space (including open booth, tables and chairs) to display company materials and interview students.
  
• One Private booth for interviewing students.
• No limit on corporate representatives and eligibility to send one representative from your company on Saturday's field trip.
• Pre-event website access to resumes adn abstracts for all pre-registered participating students and a hard copy upon arrival at event.

3. Silver Level — $100.

• Table and 2 chairs for interviewing students and admission for only one corporate representative. No open booth exhibition space.
• Pre-event website access to resumes adn abstracts for all pre-registered participating students and a hard copy upon arrival at event.

**Space is limited (first come, first serve) for interviewing rooms. Curtained rooms will be provided after that.

Parking permits will be issued to participating companies. (Will be issued in packets).

Students who pre-register for “The Rendezvous” by September 14 will be required to submit a one page resume. The resumes will be compiled and available for viewing and downloading via anonymous FTP that you can access through a web browser. Companies will have about two weeks to review resumes and contact those students they would like to interview.

Each company is asked to have interview slots open for students who may not have initially been contacted or who may have registered late. Open slots will be filled on a first come — first served basis during “The Rendezvous.”
