Abstract Guidelines

• Digital abstracts only! Abstracts can be submitted via email or on disk only. Abstracts submitted on paper will not be accepted.
• Body of the abstract is limited to 250 words on 8.5 x 11 paper size.
• No Illustrations, references, abbreviations, or bold print are permitted.
• Your abstract will appear in the “Poster Session Abstract Book” EXACTLY as submitted.
• There will be no editing or reformatting of abstracts.
• Use only the format shown here.
• Title: Bold upper & lower case. One blank line following the title.
• Author's names should appear in the order of senior author listed first with affiliated university/employer, followed by secondary authors and their affiliated university/employer.
• ALL text must be aligned to both the left and right margins.
• Indent the first line of each paragraph.
• Please use 12 or 14 font size; Helvetica, Arial, or similar sans-serif font is preferred.
• Lines must be single-spaced
• Proof-read your abstract!
• NOTE: Each participant will be provided with one standard (4' x 6') cork board
• Abstracts submitted after September 21, 2009 or those not adhering to the above guidelines may not be included in the electronic abstract document provided to companies in advance of the Rendezvous.
• NOTE: You ARE NOT registered until your registration form and payment is received.
